"Having received a scooter from USA Mobility, Mr. Ryan Kennedy has shown to be an extremely helpful and dedicated worker for customers like me. I found him completely by accident by turning to the Internet. I was ready to give up, everyone else I talked to in the Chicago area were either unwilling or unable to try to help me.
  One person in the whole country saw and acknowledged my position. That was Ryan Kennedy for USA Mobility. I believe he was a God sent. I know Medicare gave him a hard time, and he had to go back and forth between my doctor and Medicare many times… One SCOOTER STORED CARED, USA MOBILITY, more about the client than pushing them into a wheelchair.
  Thanks to Ryan and his company, I have a Beautiful new scooter, I have my life back, I'm independent again. I have already recommended USA Mobility to others. My Neurologist knows where a patient can go now, so does my primary doctor, and the orthopedist…plus all the people who work for them.
  Chicago is a huge city with thousands like me. Before I'm done I will recommend USA Mobility to every person I know."

Dear Patrick and Ryan,

I want to thank you for the excellent advice and assistance you provided me in my recent purchase of a Victory scooter. As you know, I had already owned a scooter for over two years when I contacted you, but I was very unhappy with its poor performance and lack of safety for my outdoor needs. When I called, you took the time to listen attentively. In one telephone conversation, I was able to explain my complex mobility needs to you, and with your advice and recommendations, we selected the right scooter to not only serve my indoor and outdoor mobility needs, but also my budget! A few days after placing the order, my new scooter was delivered right into my living room.

After one quick drive inside my apartment and on the grounds outside, I knew we had selected the perfect scooter. You, however, cared enough to learn for yourself how I was handling the new scooter by calling after I had had a chance to use it for a couple of days. I so appreciate knowing that you are genuinely interested in my well-being and that you are available anytime I have questions or need additional mobility products or services.

Obviously, having a disability that requires mobility assistance is challenging enough without having to go through the hassle of choosing and investing in the appropriate mobility equipment alone.
