We employee certified Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP’s) that are committed to providing the best equipment to our clients. We have a service department that is dedicated to prompt and accurate results and certified in the repair of all the major wheelchair manufacturers. A third generation native to Colorado, Patrick founded USA Mobility in 2003. He graduated from the University of San Diego where he earned a business degree in Finance and Management. Patrick is a certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and specializes in wheeled mobility and seating and positioning for adults. He is a member of several professional associations, including a board member of the Colorado Association for Medical Equipment Services (CAMES).
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer, Kelly Mahncke leads the successful development and execution of USA Mobility’s operations, logistics, talent acquisition and development, and achievement of strategic business objectives. Kelly Mahncke brings over 15 years of business development experience. She comes to USA Mobility from the IT, real estate, and banking industries. Kelly earned an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado at Denver with an emphasis in finance and a B.A. from Colorado College.
Director of Patient Care
David is a certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and has been with the company since 2007. He brings a strong emphasis on assuring best case outcomes for those USA Mobility services. David brings 10 years marketing experience and a solid background in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, and assistive technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree and is in the process of completing his MBA at Colorado State University with a marketing emphasis. Having helped thousands of individuals achieve their mobility goals throughout his career, David brings a unique passion for helping those with disabilities achieve the best possible quality of life.
Cheryl has been in the Medical industry for 30 years. When she initially entered the industry, she worked primarily with disposable medial supplies as a customer service representative, purchasing agent, and customer service supervisor. Cheryl's areas of expertise include disposables and wheeled mobility, and always strives to provide excellent customer service! She has leadership experience in system operations and government compliance. Cheryl's primary responsibilities are obtaining the required documentation for insurance funding.
George Ulibarri leads USA Mobility's service team. He has extensive experience in all phases of the equipment repair process and a strong background in customer service.From an entry level medical equipment technician in 1999 to owner and operator of his own mobility equipment services company, George has acquired a strong comprehension of equipment maintenance and repair. He has received factory training and certification from the industry’s leading manufacturers. George is responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate service outcomes for our mobility clients.
Mobility and Seating Specialist
Andy is the newest Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to join the USA Mobility team. He holds an Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education in Industrial Technology. Before entering the complex rehab industry he worked in the behavioral health field. Andy began as a service technician and quickly moved into a seating technician roll where he gained experience working with complex rehab technologies; including various custom seating systems and alternative drive input methods. He has experience working with the pediatric, adult and geriatric population. Andy brings a strong technological perspective in achieving good outcomes in unique and challenging situations.
Tami has been in the Home Medical Equipment industry for over 30 years. When she initially entered the industry, she worked primarily with complex rehabilitation equipment as a customer service representative and purchasing agent. Tami's areas of expertise include disposables, oxygen equipment and supplies, and complex wheeled mobility. She has a strong revenue management background and has leadership experience in system operations and government compliance. Tami's current responsibilities include accounts receivable management and insurance billing and compliance.
Seating and Mobility Specialist
Carol is an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) who began in the complex rehab DME industry in Wyoming in 2002. She traveled the state focusing primarily on the pediatric population. In 2010, she moved to Denver where she specialized in pediatrics, amputee mobility and all complex rehab situations requiring manual, power mobility and custom seating. She is RIDE certified and trained in capturing, shaping and molding Pindot custom seating systems.
