Return Policy
Customer service, support, and satisfaction is our top priority at USA Mobility. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve any complaints immediately. Electric Wheelchairs, Scooters, and Lift ChairsPlease notify USA Mobility within seven days from the date of delivery about any defects or damage to the equipment. We will, at no cost to you, fix or replace the equipment until both you and USA Mobility are satisfied that it meets our exceptional quality standard. If the correct piece of equipment is delivered and free from defects in material or workmanship, and you are unsatisfied with it in any way, you may return it within 7 days.
Customers will be responsible for packing and shipping of the equipment. Once we receive the equipment in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.
Ramps and AccessoriesPlease notify USA Mobility within 7 days from the date of delivery about any defects or damage to your ramp or accessory item. We will, at no cost to you, fix or replace the equipment until you are satisfied with it. If the correct equipment is delivered and free from defects in material or workmanship, and you are unsatisfied with it in any way, you may return it within 7 days.
